Mound Tan’s focus is real estate, education, and music. Mound Tan has partnered with RICH real estate to acquire residential and commercial properties. RICH LLC has member assets in New York, New Jersey, Virginia and other states. Mr. Pittman serves as the licensed realtor for RICH. RICH’s mission is to transform inner cities through residential and commercial investing.
James Brown
James D. Brown, CPA, holds both direct and indirect investments in real estate, and also advises many of his clients on their real estate holdings. He is a partner in Realty Investment Corporation and Housing LLC (RICH), and serves as the group's Chief Financial Officer.
Jamael Thompson
Jamael Thompson is a real estate investor and commercial banker. Jamael has investments in residential real estate. Mr. Thompson is a partner in Realty Investment Corporation and Housing LLC (RICH). Mr. Thompson serves as the financial consultant for RICH real estate of NJ.
Lafayette Harris Jr.
Lafayette Harris Jr. has been in the real estate business for about 25 years. He owns Najib Realty and is a partner in Realty Investment Corporation and Housing LLC (RICH). Mr. Lafayette Harris Jr owns residential and commercial properties. His properties are up to 16 unit buildings. He owns property in New York, Virginia, and Pennsylvania. Naajib Realty owns over $3,000,000 of real estate! Mr Harris is working on new real estate deals in New Jersey and Virginia. He already owns 5 acres in Virginia. Mr. Harris serves as the business development officer and lead in property management for RICH real estate of NJ.

Reginald Woods is the president of Woody Woods Properties LLC. Woody Woods Properties has been investing in residential and commercial real estate for 35 years in New York, Pennsylvania and Kentucky. Mr Woods graduated from NYU in 1998 with a Masters Degree. Reginald is a powerful force in the workplace and uses his positive attitude and tireless energy to encourage entrepreneurship and artistic development to succeed. Reginald is a partner in Realty Investment Corporation and Housing (RICH) which is committed to investment and building affordable housing. Mr. Woods heads the commercial division of RICH real estate of NJ.
